While it is possible to complete an order from our website as a guest, we strongly recommend that all customers create an account. It’s free and safe to do so and ensures we can more easily assist with questions, order tracking, and support once you have completed your purchase.
If you forget your password, follow the “Forgotten Password” instructions on the “Login” page and we will email you a temporary password via a secure, encrypted connection. You will then be able to reset your password.
If an item is out of stock you will be able to yourself to the WAITLIST. Once the item is back in stock again you will be among the first to receive an email saying that the item is available. For exclusive and limited-edition pieces, we cannot guarantee that we can re-stock but we will endeavour to meet every WAITLIST request received. You will also be notified in the event that we cannot restock an item.
For assistance with damaged orders please contact [email protected]. You will need to attach photographs of the damaged item to email and send within 5 days of receiving your order. Please retain all original packaging and damaged goods.
