A bedroom is more than a place to sleep – it's a personal sanctuary. While it’s no news that our environment can influence our mood and overall well-being, this notion is especially true in the bedroom. Creating a calm, serene and relaxing environment is of utmost importance in the space where we begin and end each day (and where we’ll spend roughly a third of our lives asleep).
