Sleep is one of the most important activities that we do everyday, though many of us don’t get enough. We’ve trained ourselves to ‘power-through’ in an attempt to keep up with modern demands. But too little shut-eye can take a toll on our mental health and well-being. Our central nervous system depends on sleep; it’s the body’s information highway that manages everything from our thoughts to our movements and memory.
Waking up well-rested makes us more mindful, intentional, and aware – a substantial reason to invest in creating a comfortable bedroom sanctuary.
