For delivery within the United Kingdom: 2-3 working days — £5

For delivery within the European Union: 3-5 working days — £15

For delivery within USA, Canada & Australia: 3-5 working days — £25

For delivery within the Gulf Countries: 5-10 working days — £40

* Due to unforeseen delays that are caused by COVID-19 closures and staff shortages, we cannot guarantee these shipping windows but always endeavour to communicate if and when there are delays. 

You will receive an email from our selected carrier with tracking information, saying that your package is on its way to you. You will also receive an email from us saying that your order has been completed. 

Some items are made to order and may ship from us or directly from the manufacturer. If you place an order for one or more of these items, we will contact you via email with regard to production and/or shipping.

Currently, we cannot ship any lighting outside of the UK and KSA – but we are working on this!

For UK orders:

VAT is charged at 20% for all orders and is included in the retail price.

For International orders:

For the simplest and most efficient buying experience, we ship all of our orders DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) which means that you will not be responsible to pay any additional import duties or taxes as it is included in the retail price.
